This beautiful 15 ha cru gets its name from the beautiful old tower standing on a plot called "Les Termes". The vineyards are situated in the village of Pez and St Corbin. Since 1979 it has been Jean and Christophe Anney who have been responsible for the vinification here and have renewed the vinification equipment in order to make a wine that belongs to the better cru bourgeois of the appellation. 2016 is the first year in which Hubert de Bouard (Ch Angelus) was consulted for advice. They chose him because he has good experiences with the merlot (which makes up a high% of the assembly here), but especially also for his experiences in both the left and right bank, as well as his openness and possibility for dialogue. This wine has the Terra Vitis certification (vinification with respect for nature).
