Look - Brilliant pale gold

Nose - Lemon and orange blossoms. White stone fruits.

Taste - Full flavoured with zesty crisp acidity and flavours of citrus, grapefruit and peach. Hazelnut notes coming from a touch of french oak.

Occasion - Serve with lightly spiced Asian food, grilled herbed fish or even as a palate clenser with some crumbly cheddar.

Cellaring - Drink young and fresh. Best served chilled.

Picked early in the vintage, while the acid levels are higher makes this a crisp dry style with refreshing length to the palate. Some light oak treatment adds delicate spice and complexity.
