Fruit for this wine was hand selected from single site Yarra valley vineyard. The wine was fermented and aged in state of the art stainless steel tanks for four months using traditional methods.

There are notes of fresh cherry, raspberry and vanilla pod on the nose. The palate is brimming with rich fruit, ending with a soft approachable velvety finish.
