“You don’t make wine in Oslavia Joe, don’t try to copy them” (Joe Holyman, March 2023)

This year’s version is predominately Pinot Gris, with a little bit of Friulano and Pinot Noir. Destemmed and fermented on skins like all our Pinot Noir wines. It was on skins for 5 weeks before being pressed to old puncheons before being bottled unfined and unfiltered without any additions.

There’s some blood orange and musk sticks on the nose. The musk follows on the palate and there is some juicy strawberry flavours too. It finishes with a waft of tannin to refresh your palate. Drink it cold, and drink it fast! – Lou & Joe Holyman
