Non-alcoholic Sparkling wine made from red grapes. Fresh, fruity it is based on healthy red grapes, which are harvested by hand and then pressed gently through whole grape pressing. Maturing of the basic wine takes place in a stainless steel tank and in a wooden barrel, then the wine is de-alcoholised and bubbled. The taste of the rosé Pur is close to Brut and shows full-bodied and fruity aromas as well as a scent of red fruits. It is a delight in the glass with its fine perlage and light salmon colour. The pure rosé is 100% organic and 100% vegan. Lively, elegant without alcohol!
