Strelley Farm Pinot Gris is an incredible, rich expression of cool climate Tasmanian Pinot Gris. A small portion of juice was also fermented in old French oak to add depth and complexity. The rest was fermented at cooler temperatures in stainless steel tank with a range of carefully selected yeast strains renowned for delivering rich, spicy Pinot gris characters. With its light, fruity flavor and hints of citrus, apple and pear, it’s the perfect choice for any occasion.
