Winemaker's Note

Whilst it's new to the Ghost Rock stable, it's actually a seriously ancient drink. For centuries, its been a much-loved creation of European vineyards, who would re-use grape skins to make this fun, resourceful little eye-opener. By soaking the fresh grape skins in water to rehydrate them and instigate another ferment, they found a way to make a naturally low alcohol drink.

So, we've done just that and used our skins to create this delightfully resourceful drink.
