Fiano thrives on our property and we work both in the vineyard and winery to build a textural and concentrated wine, tracing the line between the exotic characters in the variety and the natural tannin and acid levels.

A medium colour, this wine has punchy fruit aromas of kaffir lime, sherbet and dried pineapple, balanced with complex creamy lees perfume and cardamom spice. The palate is concentrated and full-bodied, with the phenolic structure and acid line driving the length and finish of the wine.
