The Sommet Shiraz is a single block wine made from a relatively tiny, densely populated block that was planted at Tellurian on the Mount Camel range ridgeline.

18 days on the skins, 10% whole bunch fermentation, pressed to seasoned 600L demi-muids and barriques, and 8 months of oak ageing. This flagship shiraz, which comes from the Tellurian vineyard's highest point, is of some stature. Astonishingly rich hue, natural balance, the darkest of berries, and tilled red earth throughout give it a Heathcote appearance and feel. With savoury, delicate tannins and a whiff of bay leaf at the finish, this wine is fragrant and flavorful. a superior vintage of wine.
