Certified organic. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Elevated dark plum, liquorice and blackberry scents are interwoven with vanillin cedar, fennel and peppered earth notes. Rich, fleshy textured dark plum, liquorice and ripe blueberry fruits are layered across the medium to full bodied palate. Vanillin cedar, fennel and pepper characters lie in the background. Polished tannins finishing with good freshness and a refined lengthy aftertaste.
