Deep red with aromas of abundant blackcurrant and cherry fruit characters rounded out by vanilla coconut and spice with firm, fine tannins. All the fruit for the Cabernet Merlot was sourced from the Temple Bruer certified organic vineyards in Fleurieu, Barossa and Riverland.
