Terra Argillosa Marche Rosso IGT Cabernet Sauvignon 2013
Terra Argillosa extends over six hectares and wines are the result of never-ending research for purity. Vineyards are 180 metres above sea level, with a dense structure of about 5500 stumps per hectare. The winemaking team focuses on growing indigenous grapes to fully respect the traditions of the region.
This Cabernet Sauvignon is velvety and persuasive. Hand-picked in mid-September and fermented in steel tanks. The 'Cabernè Sovignon' is firstly aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, then bottled and aged for a further 24 months. The result is a soft, complex and balanced wine that matches perfectly with red meat recipes, stew and cheese.
