From 70 year old mataro vines; hand-picked, crushed/destemmed, open-fermented with cultured yeast, 5 days on skins, 15 months in oak. Terrific colour; a sumptuous, rich, succulent mix of red and black fruits; fine tannins add more to the package than the oak.
