The Other Wine Co love to experiment with their winemaking process, and they've delivered a fascinatingly fresh version of this Portuguese variety, Arinto. The fruit, sourced from Ricca Terra farms in Riverland, was split into 2 parcels - with one seeing some skin contact and the other being whole bunch pressed. It then spent some time in old oak, which delivered a balanced and interesting wine. Give it a whirl, we think it's a bangin summertime hit.
