The final piece of the jigsaw (for now at least) is the first vintage release from the domaine, coming from the sometimes tricky yet rewarding 2018 harvest. 100% Chardonnay, tiraged in 2019, disgorged after around 4 years on lees and bottled with around 4 g/l dosage. A brilliant textural wine that is built for the dinner table.

We love the label of this wine – a play on the logo of the domaine which represents the intertwining of both the generations of family and the slopes of the vineyards they farm. The 2018 design is hand-drawn and brings ‘life’ to these weaves to represent the vineyards. Each Millesime will have a new hand-drawn design on the label.
