The layered and textured Pinot Meunier dominant ‘Reserve Brut’ is described by Julien and Justine as a ‘photograph’ of the domaine. Our first shipment is based on the 2016 harvest and features 80% Pinot Meunier, 10% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir (the planting proportions of the vineyards) as well as 40% reserve wines, coming primarily from the previous 2 harvests. Tiraged in 2017, the wine was disgorged in May 2023 having spent the best part of 5 years on lees.
