Our ‘Two of a Kind’ wines are a tribute to the multi regional blends that created some of Australia’s best wines in the 50’s and 60’s.
A vibrant and intriguing expression of Shiraz, this wine offers a classy perfume of dark cherry and choc-licorice set to a subtle scent of cedary oak. It’s medium to full, with plush dark fruit flavours and given some structure from coils of firm, dusty tannin.
The result is a seamless, seductive, and dangerously drinkable style. This wine has the attributes to cellar well over the next five to eight years, yet its fruit intensity and supple tannin structure make it enjoyable in its youth, particularly with food.
