The nose of this wine is filled with delicate aromas of green apple, citrus peel and a hint of strawberries and cream. The lees contact has enhanced the wine with richer characters of baked brioche and toasted hazelnuts. The palate is bright and vibrant with elements of Granny Smith apple and grapefruit as well as slightly richer notes of almond meal. The mousse has a beautifully creamy mouthfeel and the bead is fine. A balanced wine with Eden Valley elegance.
