Thorn-Clarke Sandpiper Pinot Gris is visually pale straw in colour with lively green hues due to the high altitude and cool climate vineyard conditioned of Eden Valley. Aromas of lime, nashi pear & spice fill the glass and on the palate, it boasts great depth of flavour, pulled together with an almost chalky citrus acid backbone.
