The fruit for this wine was sourced off Paddy and Maxine Brazel’s single site vineyard located in the township of Watervale. A seductive, full bodied style exhibiting spice and blackberry aromas. The complex berry flavours are a result of time honoured basket pressing, balanced with fine tannins and subtle oak, finishing with length and depth. Time in the cellar of 7 – 10 years.
