The term Szamorodni comes from Tokaj wine designation and means "natural". This refers to the fact that there is no selection of the berries and ripe berries are processed together with noble rot berries. It must mature for two years, of which at least one year in wooden barrels. Szamorodni can be aged dry or sweet. Our sweet Édes Szamorodni from Hétszölö weighs almost 100 g/l of residual sugar and still has a harmonious balance of sweetness and freshness.
