This zero dosage version is a light, lively, very clean and fresh wine, balanced and caressing in the mouth. Has a lovely deep and open nose, with nothing pinched or hard, it’s all soft golden delicious apple, yellow earth and a nice mixed sense of creamy and tingly aromas. The palate is quite dry of course, but has no meanness or angularity. The tart apple and briney oyster fruit has fine tannins mixing with nutty autolytic textural elements. It lays out easily and gently in the mouth, with terrific depth of flavour at this price. Aged in excess of 24 months. 35% Macabeo, 25% Xarel.lo and 40% Parellada.
