From a warmer site than the Ziggurat Riesling, this was sourced from Swan Bay. A cool season ended with a little ‘Indian Summer’, where the mild and dry weather allowed this parcel to ripen slowly and evenly, with natural balanced acidity. Fragrant with rich lime, custard apple, lemon rind, salty nuance, soft talc. Green apple, spiced lime juice and just-talc driven texture, this wine should reward long term cellaring in good conditions.
