A lifted perfume of red florals combines with dark red berry fruit and dried herb aromas to form the fragrant nose. Savoury nuances complete this aromatic bouquet, and in turn make way for a silky and elegant palate. A sip of the classic vintage reveals fruit characters as well as accompanying layers of spice, whole bunch nuances, earthy cedar and undergrowth. Richly integrated with fine tannins, the wonderful drink culminates in a balanced finale. This Pinot Noir can be enjoyed with Saint-Nectaire cheese, rack of lamb, or duck preparations.
