Tzòa has an alcohol content of 40% vol, it is an artisanal Distilled Gin produced with hand-picked botanicals and distilled with wisdom to give life to a product that amazes.

PRODUCTION: this is a distilled gin which, although following the classic production method to be regulated, was created by combining both classic and unusual botanicals and spices in the recipe, with very little sugar: only 10 grams per litre. Tzòa is made with 96° cereal alcohol of organic and botanical origin which comes partly from the historic Sprea Herbecedario which is located in Lessinia, and partly from Venetian farms.

BOTANICALS: 20 including mountain ash, chestnut, linden, juniper, orange, dandelion, elderberry, cloves, pine buds, hawthorn, basil, mallow.

TASTING NOTES : Tzòa is a botanical distilled gin, splendidly crystalline with an imperious, deep, extensive and very complex olfactory note. When tasted, Juniper releases all its importance, becoming the basis on which all the other flavors rest: in the mouth it is long and persistent, softened by a natural sugary component which enhances all the various botanicals without debasing a vertical setting.
