The Enclave wine matured for 18 months in French oak barrels. It presents a beautiful deep red color, with aromas of red fruits like plums and cherries, with notes of cassis, white pepper, wet earth, and some dark fruits. It has a very interesting aromatic complexity. On the palate this wine is elegant, with good structure, firm tannins and silky at the same time. Long persistence. Enclave offers layers of flavors, thanks to the contribution of the different strains involved.
