The Tierra de Castilla appellation's Vinedos Balmoral vineyards are located at 1000 metres above sea level in the mountain range close to Albacete. Using methods to ensure excellent quality in their wines, such as low yields, vineyard management, and consulting with the best winemakers worldwide, they produce pure sparkling and still wines.
