Viñedos Y Bodega Pardevalles Blanco 2013
Made from a virtually unknown and almost extinct native grape variety, this Spanish white wine is produced from a few hectares of Albarín Blanco grapevines, located in the northern Spanish province of León, owned by Viñedos y Bodega Pardevalles.
Belonging to the DO Tierra de León, the vineyards of Pardevalles Albarín Blanco are located between 750 and 820 metres above sea level, in an area with a Continental climate. They grow in poor, rocky soils of alluvial origin.
Harvested at night, once in the cellar the Albarín Blanco grapes were first cold macerated for 48 hours. Then they were pressed and drawn-off prior to being fermented in 13 hl steel tanks at a temperature of 13ºC.
Drink Pardevalles Albarín Blanco 2018 over the next 3 years.
