The beautiful coastal features of the region paired with the limestone heavy soils make for a match made in heaven when it comes to Chardonnay. Treated quite gently in the winery with very little intervention but loads of attention. 50% of the juice was split off into high quality oak which has contributed richness and texture whilst the remainder was kept in stainless steel to retain the Padthaway signature freshness and vitality.
