Winemaking: A less is more regime in the vineyard and the winery has resulted in a fresher more uncompromising wine stylistically. The 2022 is crushed and hard pressed, then wild fermented on oak with full solids. Stirred fortnightly until bottling in July.

Tasting Note: Yarra chardonnay goes natural thanks to great quality fruit and integrated older oak. Vibrant nose with citrus, apple and biscuit notes complemented by subtle cashew and grilled nuts. A creamy palate showing good length and lovely line with crisp acidity. A great expression of modern Yarra Valley Chardonnay that tows the line between linear and lithe. Pair with a classic roast chicken.
