Sourced from Block 30, planted in 1946, which is adjacent to the High Sands Block. Hand-picked and mechanically berry sorted. 100% destemmed, crushed and tipped into 675L ceramic eggs. The fermentation occurred in the eggs and remained on skins for 158 days post-fermentation. No pressings are used in this wine. Matured exclusively in the ceramic eggs for another 5 months.
