A blend of gently sloping plots of land with a south-western exposure. A frank and pleasant wine from the southernmost appellation of the Northern Rhône. Olfactory tasting : open nose of fresh fruits, mirabelle plum and peach, citrus fruits, candied lemons and gunflint. Taste : well-balanced mouth on a softness and a nice mineral tension. Garde : to be drunk young with fruity aromas (3 to 4 years). Pairing: grilled or baked fish (salmon, scallops or mussels).
