Fiano is a native grape variety of Campania, Italy. It seems to grow exceptionally well in the hills surrounding McLaren Vale.

The fruit was hand harvested, chilled and then a combination of whole bunch and de-stem/crushed fruit were pressed and blended together. The result is La Gita Fiano; perfumed elderflower, smoky spice and freshly cut lemongrass, all hallmark characters of this refreshing variety.
