Initially, you're presented with ripe blackberries, black pepper and cedar. As it opens up, berry perfume is completed with fruit compote, tar and liquorice. There is a lovely concentration and texture on the palate. A go-to Shiraz for catching up with friends. Enjoy with roasted winter veggies and aged cheeses.
