Dense inky black heart with a very deep dark red black hue. Ripe blackcurrant and choc mint aromas combine with vanillin oak, earthy mocha and spice. Rich, lush blackcurrant and choc mint flavours are backed by a robust tannin structure which firms up the finish. Vanillin oak and spicy earth characters are also evident. Bright acidity with a slightly grippy conclusion.
