Fresh, intense and super elegant Pinot Noir from Bergströms Silice Vineyard in the Chehalem Mountains, Willamette Valley. The vineyard is named after the high content of silica in the soil and helps give the wine its special expression. Naturally, biodynamically grown, as is the case with all Bergströms vineyards.

The color is deep ruby red with a youthful purple edge. Stick your nose in the glass and you are greeted with dark cherries, blackberries, crushed limestone, tea, roses, violets and warm spices. The taste takes the dark fruit from the aroma along with currants, blueberries, bay leaves, pepper and Asian spices.

A beautiful, soft, long finish elegantly ends the show. It's a party already, but has quite a few years at the top ahead of it.
