Intense straw color, with golden nuances and very fine perlage, it offers the nose strong sweet sensations of white flowers and ripe fruit, vanilla, almond brittle, grapefruit, propolis and coriander. Extremely enveloping on the palate, it expresses complexity and great balance between acidity, flavor and minerality. The finish is very long with woody references.

It will enhance any dish based on white fish and shellfish, both raw and cooked, but it can also pair perfectly with delicate white meats, semi-mature cheeses and vegetable flans with bechamel.
