This is 100% Prünent (an ancient bio-type of Nebbiolo in Valli Ossolane) aged for a year in a single large Slavonian oak barrel and 6 months in bottle. Vines are up to 100 years old, sometimes pre-phylloxera and found in little pergola trained parcels around Oira, in Piedmont's north most valley. Crystal clear, vertical and pure.
