Adam's rib white is a blend of two noble white varietals chardonnay and viognier. Gently saline, with savoury whiffs over apple, pear scents and throw in some stone fruit. Mouth-filling texture with juiciness and richness finishing nutty, lightly salty, fresh. A generous and textural white done well.
