Castello Conti Boca DOC 1985-1993
From a terroir characterized by volcanic porphyry, a great wine with a distinctive character, great finesse and elegance, minerality and a pronounced freshness. Boca, a historic DOC established in 1969, is a noble wine with ancient traditions from the Novara Hills. Our father was among the first producers to believe in Boca and to plant the vineyard to produce this wine in the early 1970s. A long-lived wine, made from Nebbiolo, Vespolina, and Uva Rara grapes, with an intense ruby color tending toward garnet. On the nose, it offers a broad spectrum of aromas, from spicy to balsamic. On the palate, freshness and persistence ensure an enticing drink and easy pairing with food.
