Cave Mont Blanc Brut Nature ‘Cuvée des Guides' 2021
The base wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel, followed by traditional bottle fermentation. The entire sparkling wine process takes place at an altitude of 2,173 meters, where the unique environmental conditions influence and define the quality of the perlage. Dégorgement occurs no earlier than 36 months, and the wine is released as Brut Nature. In appearance, it shows a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and fine, persistent bubbles. The aroma is floral, complemented by distinctive mineral notes. On the palate, it is mineral-driven, with good sapidity and freshness. With an alcohol content starting from 11.5% vol., it is best served chilled at 6–8°C. The wine should be stored in a cool place, avoiding prolonged exposure to light. It pairs excellently as an aperitif and can be enjoyed throughout the meal.
