Calvados Pays d'Auge distilled in 1979 and aged in oak barrels until now. It underwent a finishing period of approximately 2 years in casks that previously held Sherry. This aging process results in a beautiful amber color, a rich and complex bouquet, with the apple notes coming through. On the palate, it offers a full-bodied and impressive length of flavor.
