Black truffles from Perigord are harvested in winter.

After maceration in our wine brandy, they are distilled once in our copper pot stills.

Our truffle spirit is aged for at least one year in stainless steel tanks before being bottled.

Consume it as a digestive at 13°c in a tulip glass.

Colour: transparent, clear.

Nose: delicate and vegetal, with notes of humus and undergrowth mushrooms.

Palate: tasty, with notes of cooked truffle, broth and salted butter.

Finish: persistent and delicate.
