The Majestic Wood Series features age-stated Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey finished in exotic wood casks from around the world. The first offering of the series is a 7 year, 6 month Kentucky Straight Bourbon finished in rare casks made from Japanese Mizunara Oak.

Nose: Sweet vanilla, baking spices, light oak.

Taste: Caramel and brown sugar with hints of sandalwood throughout the mid-palate.

Finish: Medium; spicy wood notes permeate the mid palate.

The palate is very full and rich, with plenty of spice, chocolate, oak, and pepper. Water helps smooth things over, but it’s still powerful and spiced.
