Sourced from well-established vines in Grovetown, Lower Wairau Valley, this Pinot Gris reflects the concentration and purity of the 2024 vintage. A cool flowering period led to small yields, while a long, warm summer ensured excellent fruit quality, resulting in a wine with both intensity and elegance.

Handpicked and gently pressed, the juice was fermented using a mix of organic and wild yeasts in stainless steel and seasoned barriques, enhancing both freshness and texture.

Pale lemon in the glass, it opens with aromas of baked pear, apple crumble, and warm baking spices, leading into a beautifully layered palate of poached pear, fresh lime, and star anise. A lively acidity balances the lightly textural mouthfeel, finishing long and bright. Refined, expressive, and full of character.
