It is the result of a long selection process that began many years ago, one that is regularly updated, during which only the most promising grapes are used for the creation of this wine. Cepparello is a wine that continues to evolve and grow, one that exists in perfect harmony and dialogue with the vineyard. Initially, the wine was the result of a bold break with tradition – once it was considered impossible to create a wine from 100% Sangiovese grapes – and to this day it bears the IGT label.
