Coming from the Yarra Valley and Nagambie region, using Marsanne, Malbec, Arneis and Merlot Varieties. All 4 varieties co fermented on skins until dry. Basket pressed to 2 old French barriques where natural malo occurred, racked once then bottled without fining or filtration, bright, juicy fruited with crunchy acid.
