Larry Cherubino Pedestal Shiraz from Margaret River is long and elegant with silky yet sturdy tannins however you'll still find some youthful acidity adding to the complexity of this wine. On the palate there are notes of blackberry and cherry alongside liquorice and black pepper and scents of cedar and cinnamon spice. Matured in French oak for 12 months you'll also find classic flavours of toasty vanillin.
