Sourced from the cooler southern vineyards of Margaret River, this fruit has been picked and processed with freshness and aromatics being at the fore. Fermented in stainless steel, and aged on lees for 6 months to contribute to texture, this wine exhibits cirtus and aprociot kernels alongside honeysuckle and refreshing acidity to balance with a soft, round finish.
