Grapes were harvested from 50-year-old vines on unique sandy loam low fertile soil in the central Barossa floor region. The resulting wine is full-bodied and shows rich and fragrant aromatics with intense red berry fruit, plums, and cloves. Aged for 3 years in 50% New French oak combined with a subtle tannin structure gives this wine the elegance it deserves. A vegan-friendly wine, rewarding in flavour and complexity.
